Hello! My name is Matt Marcinek and I am a professional Mental Performance and Jiu Jitsu Coach. I am passionate about helping athletes develop an elite mindset to take their competitive performance to the highest level.
Over the past 16+ years, I’ve coached 100s of combat athletes to local regional and national titles. I believe everybody is different and my goal is to provide personalized training to every athlete, whether for mental toughness, or a drug-free alternative to peak performance.
